Money Moved to Unallocated

I have had a GoodBudget account for many years with minimal problems. I got accounts for each of my daughters. My youngest just ran into a problem. After several months of automatically allocating her monthly income, she signed on to find that her last allocation was fine, but that everything previously allocated was moved to unallocated. She doesn’t remember exactly what amounts were in each envolope. First, how can this happen? Second, is there any way to reverse it and get the money appropriately allocated again? Thanks so much for your help.

Hi Bill, 

Thanks for posting and sorry for the troubles! It sounds like you're saying that the money in her Envelopes was automatically transferred back to Unallocated. Is that right? 

If so, my guess is that there was a scheduled Envelope Fill that posted and set the Envelope's balances back to zero. If that's the case, you should be able to delete the Fill and the money will go back into the Envelopes.
