Native iPad app?

I just got an iPad and would LOVE for a native iPad app. I know I can run it pixel-doubled or shadow-boxed, but that just doesn't work super well, especially on a Retina iPad.

Furthermore, though, since there's so much more real estate on the iPad, you could easily make the iPad app pretty powerful, able to generate reports, analyze things like the online website does. Packing that all in an offline native, non-web browser iPad experience would be FANTASTIC.

I'd pay money to get a native iPad app.

Hi MarkM,

I understand that displaying the iPhone app through iPad doesn't look the best or use the additional space available. This has been requested by other users and I've also add your voice to our requested features tracker.

I'm sure you know this already but in the meantime, you can always use the EEBA website from your iPad which will allow you to have access to reports and scheduled items which are not available in the mobile app.

I'm guessing since this is a three year old topic, and you still don't have a native iPad app, that we're not going to get one.  It's a shame because this type of thing is where having an iPad is great and the lack of a native app makes your system much less desirable.  The idea of paying a subscription fee for a service that doesn't even offer an iPad app makes me start looking for better options elsewhere. It's not like it's a new technology.

Hi Steve,

Thanks for your feedback! I can definitely see why you'd like to have a native iPad app. You're right that we don't have plans to work on this at the moment. Because we're a small team of people, we really have to prioritize what we work on. And, right now, there are features that are more requested that we want to prioritize. I hope that makes sense.

I'll be happy to let you know if that changes.

Is there any change here Guys? I travel more and more and the iPad is becoming central to that. The web app does work quite welll on IPad but is a little cramped.

Thanks
Colin

It’s been 2 years so I’ll go ahead and bump this thread. Any movement on and iPad App so I don’t have to use Safari?

Cautiously Optimistic

Hi Phil,

Thanks for asking. To be honest, this isn't something we are planning on pursuing. Right now, we're focusing our efforts on the three platforms we currently support (iPhone, Android and the web). And you can see what we're working on here on our Roadmap.

Thanks again
