no longer able to enter a transaction online and unable to log in on android phone

Hello, I need help. I am no longer able to enter a transaction on my online account. I hit transaction, enter the payee and the amount and the envelope and hit enter and it doesn't do anything and I'm unable to scroll further down to see if there is another box that I need to press. And I was able to enter transactions on my phone, though. However, my phone account is no longer syncing to my online account. I keep getting messages saying unable to sync, will try later but it never does. So, I then uninstalled my app and then reinstalled and now I am not able to log into my account, just get a message to check my internet connection, but I am connected. Why all the problems? And how can I get everything working again,as I used to love your program when it was working.  Thank you.

Sorry for the trouble. Could you send an email to support@goodbudget.com with your username so we can look into what's going on?

It sounds like your household may have been closed. Are you able to logout then login again on the website?
