One device doesn't sync regularly

My wife and I have Samsung Galaxy S4 devices connected to the same Goodbudget account. My phone syncs regularly and I can see an up to date balance most of the time. Her phone doesn't seem to sync at all unless it is forced to sync. What can i do to make it so her phone syncs regularly like mine?

Hi Briarius,

Sorry for troubles! What you can try is Revoking Access to her device to see if that restores the connection more long term. Before you do that, login on the website and copy over any transactions that are on her phone that are missing from the website. That will back up those transactions. 

To restore the connection, click on My Household > Manage Devices (https://goodbudget.com/household/devices). Find her phone in the list and click Revoke Access. Afterwards, have her re-login on her device to see if she can sync properly.
