Phantom income that adds to my budget

I zero out the remaining funds (highlighted red in pic) in my envelope at the end of the month and designate it as additional savings. The new budget enters the envelope at the start of the month as programmed. However, I now notice a discrepancy between the 2 values (highlighted blue in pic) of the displayed value and the calculated value. I don't know why there is an excess of 192 units reported by the envelope summary while the actual calculation is correct inside the envelope.

Envelope transfer. I move the funds from that envelope at the end of the month to an extra savings envelope.

This looks like a bug to me.  If you log into the web version, does the balance look the same as your phone?  I've noticed some quirky things with the mobile apps, but the web app is very stable.  If the web app shows the correct balance, then I think this would confirm a bug in the mobile app.  If they both show the same, then I would have a more difficult time explaining the discrepancy.  It certainly appears wrong.  The balance after the last transaction always matches the balance shown at the top on my envelopes.  This could be a database problem or they may not be rendering the balance correctly for some reason.

All that was needed was to sync my app when I'm online and the numbers fix themselves after. All is well. Thanks!
