I had an issue with my account running totals not adding up correctly. I was trying to do my end of year account balancing and it was making it frustrating. I have the paid version so I can have extra envelopes and account functions so I gave Goodbudget a call. Karisa answered the phone and it only took a few minutes for her to see the problem. She said she would work on it and get back to me. Apparently Goodbudget means it when they say they are working on your problem. She had it solved and called me back in less than 30 min. I was expecting an update the next day! Thanks for all your help Karisa!
