Reconcile problem

Hi, I'm trying reconciling for the first time, and on "Account Reconciliation" page it's showing me -100 "Left to Clear", however when I'm using the filter on my account to search for all transaction with status "Not Cleared" nothing is showing - so all I have cleared.
The total of the account is the same as on my Bank statement! And this is the same as on "Statement Balance" on "Account Reconciliation"
So, I'm doing something wrong, or is some problem with service/calculations?

Thank you for any help.

Did you have the starting balance as 0?  If this is first time, I think I read that you have to leave that as 0 the first time.

Here is a link to the article:

And a question about the starting balance:

If both of those are good, I'm sorry I couldn't help more... I'm still pretty new myself but I also had a little trouble figuring out the reconciliation the first time!

I just head another look, and what I think the problem may not be much on reconciling but on clear function.
When I'm on the 'Accounts' tab I see difference 100 between "Current balance" and "Cleared balance".
But I can't see any transaction which is not cleared.
How can I find it? I have already used the advanced search.

Okay, so probably still not going to be much help and I'm sure this is the equivalent of the classic computer advice of "did you turn it off and back on again", but you don't have anything in the scheduled transactions either?  And you already matched everything up line by line?  I have had some transactions listed twice in the past, and the combination of that and being off on a deposit amount gave me the correct amount listed in checking, with incorrect math leading up to it.  But that was classic pen and paper which is why I started using goodbudget.  I'm probably not serving as more than a person that is listening until someone who knows what they are talking about happens upon your question... Sorry I couldn't be more help!

I appreciate any help :)
So, I have scheduled transactions but they are in total more then 100€.
Can I clear the scheduled transaction before the transaction is created?
And about on/off, I did it - log out, back - log in :) then wait a day.
Still the same, can't find what I have not cleared.

Hi MartiX,

It sounds like you're saying that you're unable to complete a Reconciliation for your Account despite the fact that 1) your Account balance matches your real-life account's balance, and 2) you've Cleared every transaction in that Account. Since you and Sarah and David seem to have covered all the early bases, it sounds then like you may have moved, edited, or deleted an transaction in that Account in the past, which is causing this discrepancy.

If you're certain that your Account balance is correct and its transaction history is correct, you can force the Reconciliation to complete by adjusting the "Previous Balance" from the Reconciliation start page. Since you've said your "Left to Clear" amount is -100, if you lower your Previous Balance number by 100, you should be able to complete the Reconciliation process and resolve your balances.

Hope that helps! Let us know if you have any further questions.
