Reordering annual envelopes on Android app

Somehow the order of my envelopes got messed up on my android app. I can edit them on the website, but even when I sync it doesn't change the order on the app. I have spent a lot of time trying to drag and drop them, but they keep getting further from how I wanted them. Any tips? (I have the free version, if it matters.)

Hi Anita,

If you change the order of your envelopes on your phone, the new order you've created on the mobile app is made separate from the order you see on the Web version. That means that, as you've seen, once you change the order on your phone, further changes made on the Web will not sync down to your phone.

However, we can change this setting in our database so that that new Envelope order is removed and you can edit the order of your envelopes on the Web and sync those changes down to your phone. Would you send us an email at support@goodbudget.com with your Goodbudget household email address so we can try and help you reorder your Envelopes?

Thanks! I will do that! For some reason reordering them on my phone turns into a comedy of errors and then becomes frustrating.
