Reordering envelopes in the browser is horrendous

I'm trying to reorder my envelopes by dragging and dropping (using Chrome) and it's complete pot luck whether the envelope goes where you intended to go or decides to go to the top of the list. Furthermore, everytime I move an envelope, the page refreshed so I'm back at the top of the page and need to scroll down if I'm moving envelopes near the bottom of the page.

P.S. I just tried the same in Microsoft Edge to see if it was a Chrome specific issue. It wasn't, reordering still doesn't work properly in Edge.

Hi all, 

It sounds like what Makeem95 was experiencing is a bug that we've recently become aware that affects Goal and Annual Envelopes. The bug makes it difficult to reorder the Envelopes on the web. When moving, the Envelope either jumps to the top of the Goal section, or to a random spot. 

This is on our bug tracking for future fixing, but we don't have an official ETA for when a fix will be released. 

For now, like Rene' said, it takes some trial and error on the web to get the Envelopes in the right spot, but I would suggest reordering the Envelopes there.

It is possible to reorder on the phone apps. However, doing so will create a 'Custom Order' on your phone. Once that's created, the phone app will never automatically sync back to the web order. If that's not an issue for you, then reordering on the phone app is a good option.
