Are you able to actually navigate the site? I can sometimes log on but I can't do much without it showing a loading message.  It doesn't get past that loading message.  If I refresh the page it logs me out.  I'm having this issue using Chrome and Edge.

It looks as though GoodBudget has no intention of giving this issue any sort of priority.  Luckily, I found a workaround that's working for me.  When you sign in, check the box that indicates you'd like to stay logged in for two weeks.  Presto.  I'll post this same comment on all of the recent threads regarding this issue - hopefully it works for everyone else too!

Hi folks,

We're so sorry for your troubles with the Goodbudget website!  We understand it’s extremely frustrating to run into problems like this at any time, and especially near the end of the year when a lot of us are trying to finish up our budgeting for one year and get started for the new year.

We identified the issue and put out a fix this morning around 8:20 AM Pacific Time (Monday Dec 31) that we believe resolves the issues on the website that you all described with being logged out randomly, being unable to save info, pages not loading, and trouble importing.  The Goodbudget website uses cookies, and the system we use to handle cookies was broken starting at about 3AM Pacific Time, Sunday Dec 30.  About half of the time, the system worked properly, and about half the time it did not, which is why it seemed like it was broken at random.

As you do your end-of-year and new year’s budgeting, please do let us know if you run into any other issues.  We want to make sure things are working well for you.
