split envolopes at bank transactions import

When I import my bank transactions there is an option to select "split envelope," but if I select that option I am only given one box to enter an amount but no envelopes show up and an error comes up if I fill the amount in. The error tells me to select the envelope but it doesn't give me the envelopes. Please help this!!

Hi Thelma,

Sorry about that! There's currently a bug where import splits don't work when you have Envelope names with apostrophes. Could that be why it's not working for you? If so, just head to the Add/Edit Envelopes page and remove the apostrophes (https://www.goodbudget.com/envelope/e...)

If not, can you email support@goodbudget.com with your Household Username so that we can take a look at what's going on?
