Hi Jason,

Thanks for also sending us an email with your household username. Can you write back letting me know if you are trying to create the Envelope on your Android device or on the web app? And are you creating a new Envelope or editing the name of a preexisting Envelope? Any further information will help us to understand your specific situation. Thanks!

I am having this issue on the web app. I know I am being given an erroneous error because I tried to just create a random envelope name that I clearly don't already have and am STILL receiving the same message?? It's as if I can't create envelopes any longer?? Yet it will allow me to add it via the mobile app? That definitely sounds like a problem that I can add envelopes on the mobile app but not on the more powerful web interface?

Hi Jason,

Sorry for the frustration. The problem apparently are existing Envelopes that somehow were saved with the same name. Specifically, you have two "House Saving" Envelopes, and two "Trip/Getaways" Envelopes. In both cases one is a Semi-Monthly Envelope, and the other is an Annual Envelope.

If you delete one from each of these pairs, you should be able to create Envelopes as normal again.

Hope that helps! Let us know if that doesn't answer your question.
