Our developers are looking into the issue. This wasn't planned maintenance, so we don't have an ETA at this point. We'll keep you updated when we know more.

Hi all, 

Thanks again for your patience! What we know now is that there was a power outage at the Amazon data center where our servers are located. They're aware of the issue, and are working to resolve it. Once the powers back up, we'll work to reboot our database and get everything back up and running.

Hi Karisa,

I had 2 envelopes out 10 not reset for the new month. Could this be caused by the technical issue? The other 8 reset fine.

Hi Marta, 

I don't think it's related! That usually happens when Envelopes are created after the scheduled fill is created. To fix that, you can edit your [Pending] fill and select how much you'd like to add to those two Envelopes that are not being filled. This announcement is still showing as an active announcement on the home page - which alarmed me when I logged in just now. Glad to see it was taken care of quickly! Any way to mark the announcement as addressed or inactive so that it doesn't keep showing on the home page every time I refresh it?
