The "stay logged in for two weeks" function isn't working for me. Hasn't worked since the "new" interface.

Hi Teresa,

Sorry for the troubles! I wasn't able to replicate that on my side. From what I can, when I select 'stay signed in for 2 weeks' then go to goodbudget.com/home, I am not prompted to login again.

If that's not what you're seeing, can you let me know the exact steps you're taking?

Thanks for your patience,
Karisa

I am using chrome as my browser. I sign in with my username (my email address) and password and check the "stay signed in for 2 weeks" box and log in. When I come back I click the "login" button on the top right, but it takes me to the log in page instead of my account. It always worked for me before. It might just be a coincidence, but it hasn't worked since the web site changed. I've tried it on two different computers and get the same results. It's not a major problem but when it works it's more convenient. Thanks for trying to help.

Hi Teresa,

Thanks for that! You're right, it looks like before the update you were able to click on the 'Login' button and it would take you straight home if you'd already selected to stay signed in.

I've added this to our bug tracker!

In the meantime, a word around for now is to bookmark 'goodbudget.com/home'. So long as you go straight home, you won't be asked to log in again.

Sorry again for the troubles, and please let us know if you come across anything else that isn't working the way you'd expect.
