Transactions Disappearing on the Phone Platform

In the Basic Plan (for Android Phone) why do my transactions disappear? I record, say a grocery purchase, then save, exit and then re-enter the application I can see that the running balance is correct, but there is nothing listed under Transactions on the phone (on the website yes.. phone.. no) Is this just how the program works or am I doing something wrong?

No, this is not the normal way that EEBA works. If you could send an email with your household name to support@eebacanhelp.com, we can look into this problem.
