Transactions tab looks empty even though envelopes are showing this months transactions. ??

Why can't I see what my transactions were =this= month?

As soon as I click 'save' on a transaction, it is gone and doesn't show up when I click the transactions tab. Even though I've made many entries this month, and EEBA is accurately keeping track in my envelopes, I can not then see the transactions. Any ideas?

If I could get this working the App would be so useful!! I keep forgetting if I entered something so this is a big pain. I don't care about last month or anything in the past, just the current month.

I tried deleting and reinstalling the App, but I am getting the same problem.

Can anyone advise?

Hi Pen,

Thanks for writing in, and I apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with EEBA. I am not sure why your transactions are disappearing and would like to know more about your device and settings.

Can you write us at support@eebacanhelp.com? It would be most helpful if you could answer the following questions:

1. what is your household username?
2. are you using an iPhone or Android?
3. what is your device's model and OS?
4. what is your device's region and date/time settings?
5. are all of your transactions missing? or just this month's?

Also, if possible, please send us a screenshot of your transaction history page.
Any further information will help us to figure out why you are unable to see your transactions.
