Frustration of frustrations. What am I doing or not doing to save my cleared checkmarks? After painstaking work, they'll disappear if I go to add a transaction and then return to the home page. AAARRRGH.
Sorry for the troubles! That does sound frustrating! Transactions should keep their Status from screen to screen.
I'm happy to troubleshoot with you, but I haven't been able to replicate what you're describing yet. Would you be able to provide the steps you're taking that result in the transaction becoming uncleared?
A possibility is the transaction is viewed from different sides in different accounts. I.e. account transfer for payment on a credit card from checking account, may have a checkmark in checking account, but not credit card account.
