My widget is no longer working. I moved the app and then back again, but it won't work no matter which storage device it's on. Samsung Infuse.

Hi Nicole,

When the app is moved to a storage device and back, the EEBA widget will stop working. You need to delete the app and redownload it from the Android Market.

Make sure your Android device has synced with the web before you delete the app! This will ensure that your transaction history is saved to your household.

Hope this helps!

This did solve the problem temporarily, however, the next time my phone rebooted, I encountered the same problem. I would have to reinstall the program every time my phone shuts off.

Hi Nicole,

Sorry for the frustration. After researching your phone, it seems like the Samsung Infuse automatically moves apps to the external SD card if one is present. Has that been your experience so far?

Unfortunately, as Audrey mentioned, the EEBA app will not function if the app is moved to an external SD card. This is due to a limitation in Android and not something we can control. You can read more about the issue here: http://blog.eebacanhelp.com/2011/05/h...

In your situation, the only answer would be to not use an external SD card. Hope that helps, and I'm sorry we weren't able to find a better solution for you.

Steve
