Hexawise should offer "provide feedback here" links on its main pages, so that users will be able to send you notes when they have an idea of a new feature they would like, when they encounter problems accomplishing what they're trying to achieve, and/or when they want to let you know they really like something about the user experience.

(This suggestion was provided by Todd M, a new Hexawise user at a North Carolina insurance firm, and was typed in by Justin Hunter, the founder of Hexawise who is actively seeking input and suggestions from users).

We've added Get Satisfaction links in the Hexawise test design tool throughout the www.hexawise.com site to allow users to provide feedback, suggestions for new features, problem reports, and ask questions. This means that software testers can provide their input and ask questions when they input parameters and values to be tested in their application or SUT, when they identify efficient sub-sets of test cases that generate maximum coverage, when they review their test plans to identify how much coverage they have achieved in their test plan, and/or when they review Hexawise help files to identify lessons learned in model-based testing, pairwise testing, 3-way testing, n-wise testing, or are searching for benefits delivered, etc.
