Forgot my password. Email no longer exist.

Hello! I have a problem accessing my hi5 account. You see, the email I use to register my account is no longer available since I have cancelled it months ago. Now, it's been a long time since I've used my hi5 account and have already forgotten the password. How can I get the password back if the email no longer exist? The email address I use in Hi5 is [personal information redacted]. Would it be possible for you to change my email address so I can reset it myself? I already contacted your help support but their email seems confusing. They said they don't answer to personal emails. Maybe I misunderstood. Could you please tell me how to get on with this.
