Hi John,

We're working on a web-based version to help our customers access HoneyDo groups online using their browser. We will be releasing this and our Android apps around the same time.

Stay tuned for more updates on this...

Thanks,

Kiran

Do you know when approximately it will happen? This month, next month, next year? I currently use Zenbe Lists as it works perfectly with iPhone and PC browser including updating and printing the lists from browser. I would change with pleasure but without web-based editing it will be worse for me...

We're working on a web version with some basic functionality - this should be out in beta in about 3 weeks.

We're working on this as we speak - it's a massive undertaking and in conjunction with the Android version of HoneyDo, new features and a new app we're releasing in Sep, our tiny company is slammed with work. As you guys can also see, we're engaging with all of our users and place a high emphasis on customer support.

Hang in there - it'll be released in the next 3-4 weeks and we want you guys to really love the web version too...

Kiran,

Can you provide an update on the expected release date of the web portion of this app?

I'm about to install Honey Do and I was wondering the same thing. Not everyone who I want to assign tasks to has an iPhone so they'd want to use a web version. That would make this tool more robust for an entire family rather than just a partner/partner tool.

(I have a family of 9 - I need to give tasks to everyone! lol)

Hey, HoneyDo team! You must do this web version quickly. It has been couple of months since you declared it would take a couple of weeks. I hope that Denise convinced you that this was urgent now! Have you ever tried to organise life of such a big family. I hardly manage with my wife, two kids and two cats. Fivelabs, please hurry, before our lives fall into untasked chaos :-)

looks like they're falling behind as with many other developers who somehow overpromise. i won't buy the app if everyone is required to have an iphone since not everyone wants an iphone (yet) believe it or not.

At this time, I'd have to say that I would not recommend purchasing the Honey-Do app. The support team is incredibly helpful but this app is not as useful as a stand-alone as it could be with a desktop or web component.

A good app is one that you continue to use three months after purchasing. I find that I don't use it at all now, three months after purchasing it.

I can only agree with cakefarm. I also stopped using HoneyDo some time ago. Without web interface it is useless for me and my family. Apparently developers are not going to do anything about it. Which means I will have to buy another application. Too bad.

I'm still hoping for a web or client interface. I am so sick of typing everything in my iphone.

I am diassapointed that this is unresolved but there is a newer thread that says that there are no plans. If the plans were sacked, please say so here. On my first read through this seemed like a newer thread.

Ardemus - there are no plans for a web app. You've been reading other posts about the iPad version of our Mario Batali app. HoneyDo is built for the iPhone, but, as with all iPhone apps, you can also run it on your iPad.

Sorry to John and anyone else who saw this post. While we know how useful a web-based version of HoneyDo would be and sincerely hoped to do it, at this time we have no plans to build one. Many users seem to find the app very useful on the iPhone, but if you want something that runs on the web as well, you'll have to look elsewhere.

I want a refund. This app is useless.

I purchased this app twice - once for me, once for my wife.

Without the web-based version, I regret it. Twice.

I bought HoneyDo because I believed employee's declaration that web interface would be ready in three weeks. Apparently it was not true. What would you call an activity of lying to somebody in order to convince him to buy something that will not fulfill the expectations? I think i know the word... I want a refund too!
