I'm having trouble activating my account. I need assistance

I downloaded HomePipe several weeks ago. I set a password. when I attempt to login, I'm asked if I want to save the password. I click yes, then I get a message that states "account not activated".

I had this problem when I originally signed-up. Too busy to deal with it, I did not address until I received your recent email prompting me to activate and utilize the service.
I need help activating
