#190113-214436-215000 declined, why?

In submission #190113-214436-215000, I tried to change the cast listing for Bea Benaderet for Wild Wife (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0047678/reference) from "Marsha, Daughter, Old Women with pennies, Beautician" to "Marsha/Daughter/Old Women with Pennies/Beautician" in accordance with the guide. Any reason this submission was declined with the reason "not enough evidence"?

Probably just a mistake. You are correct that it should be the way you submitted it. "Not enough evidence" seems to be the standard error message for almost all declined submissions.
