#200414-095159-232302 declined, but the pic should be deleted

In submission #200414-095159-232302, I tried to delete this photo: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0912414/mediaviewer/rm21610496 because it has a clear watermark on it, which is not allowed (see the guide: https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/images-videos/image-guidelines/G27LPBQZA7EAZGJW?ref_=help...#). Of course, I pointed this out in my reason for deletion. Can a staffer please take another look and take appropriate action?
