#200415-231800-061402 deleting photo from Adult title declined

According to the image guide (https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/images-videos/image-guidelines/G27LPBQZA7EAZGJW?ref_=help...#), "Pornography, or images related to pornographic titles, whether they contain nudity or not" are not allowed in the database. However, I tried to delete this picture: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt10389458/mediaviewer/rm3924007681, which is attached to this Adult title: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt10389458/reference, but it got declined.
Can a staffer please explain why this was declined?

I can confirm that the image has now been removed and will follow up internally with the team to make sure contributions like these are correctly approved.
