"Recently Viewed" items bug?

Hello.
I have problem with "Recently Viewed" feature last 2 days, here is a screenshot

I can' t remove this feature + blank space, nothing happens when I hit on "Clear your history", check/uncheck checkboxes numerous times - still nothing, it's pretty annoying and looks distracting when I browse IMDb, because it appears on every page.

I don't want to use "Recently Viewed" feature, how to get rid of this?

My apologies--I realized that your screenshot included the Recently Viewed section at the bottom of the page, but overlooked that it also included the  "Hide "Recently Viewed" items" setting as well.

I've forwarded this information to our technical team for further investigation. We'll reply to this thread once receive further information.

Our technical team has confirmed that this issue is now resolved. You should be able to select "Hide "Recently Viewed" Items" in your general site preferences, and this will hide the section from all pages of the site while you're signed in.

Unfortunately, I still have the same problem, deleting cookies doesn't help, still the same, and it appears on every browser I use.

I'm so sorry to hear that you're still experiencing this issue. Unfortunately, I'm not able to reproduce the issue with hiding the "Recently Viewed" section at this time.

Can you please confirm the names and version numbers of the browsers where you're continuing to experience this issue?

Also, have you attempted disabling any browser extensions or add-ons, or attempted using a private browsing or incognito browsing session?
