Episode name of s03e02 is wrong. It is named "Episode XXVIII" and not "Episode XXVII"(that's the previous episode). So, it is not possible to change episode name as contributor(or I'm blind?) and deleting all those informations and ratings just because of a mistake in name it's absolutely stupid and bad programming, if that's the case.

When you edit the page, near the bottom you will see "Episode Title/Number" and you'll want to select "Correct" as seen below.
Once you click "Continue", you'll get a screen where you can correct the title and it will probably ask you for an explanation as you can see below:
You then hit "re-check these updates" and then you can submit. Since I had already done all the process to get the screenshots, I went ahead and submitted an update for this episode.
