"Sea of Souls" Problem

Hullo,
My problem is this. Bill Paterson (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0665473/) appears in "Sleeper" (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0696864/) as he does in every other episode of "Sea of Souls". However, he is not credited on IMDb. I've tried several times over several years to add his name but every time my update gets rejected. So I'm here to ask you to add it and whether you know why I keep getting rejected when the information is 100% correct?

It appears that the page is locked with the "Crew believed to be complete" statement at the bottom of the Full Cast & Crew page. Also, with Bill Paterson's name missing, it will also mean updating the episode's cast order.

In addition to providing the 18-digit reference number of the submission through the IMDb Contact Us page, I suspect a copy of the episode's opening and/or closing credits will be needed for the IMDb editors to update the name and the cast order number.
