Why are keywords blocked on this title at both the series and episode level?

Hi Bradley -

Can you clarify further what exact issue you are experiencing regarding the plot keywords for "Stargate: Atlantis"?  You mentioned that the keywords are blocked, are you having trouble submitting keywords for this series title?

Trouble correcting AND adding.  Keyword submissions for this series are not processed.

Hi Bradley,

I have reviewed the title and can confirm keywords are processed for this title. I can currently see a submission which is pending review from our data editors, if you have submitted further keywords to this title that have not been approved by our data editors, please can you provide us with the submission reference for these and our data editors can look into this for you.

Thanks
Meredith

Hi Bradley,

Thanks for your response.

I've had a look at the submssion references now, these are all still pending review from an editor - please see the volume of items pending processing by data type here:

Thanks for your patience.

I assume they are "pending," but my concern was WHY this particular title since many, many keywords submitted on other titles at the same time --- and after -- have been processed?

This posting is marked as "answered," but it hasn't been. It can't be that difficult, can it?

You asked why the title was blocked, they answered that it wasn't blocked.

That some titles or contributions may be processed quicker than others is not new, though details are rarely given. The processing times page does indicate that keywords belong to the "Gold" level, which makes a distinction based on Moviemeter popularity: "Top 1,000 (most popular Names/Titles) will be processed on the first business day after submission. Remainder will be processed five business days after submission." They seem to be a bit off that target currently as the oldest unprocessed items are ten days old.

I understand all of this, but am still asking: Why is this title blocked?  After all this time, there's still no specific response.  Should I resubmit?

WELL!  On resubmission, these have finally been accepted. I would still like to know the reason why they were blocked.

If you had waited to ask until the processing times stats indicated that your updates should have been processed, you might have got a better reply.

They ONLY got processed AFTER I resubmitted them.  Many, many keyword submissions were accepted both before and after the ORIGINAL submission, so something went wrong.  I want to know what that was.
