"Telemike" TV Series http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0925196/ contains very little data, several of which moreover wrong, starting from the year in which the program is ended (1992 and not 1988). I tried to add many missing data and correct the wrong ones but it is technically impossible. I have already compiled from scratch (and saved) the same TV Series with the title "Telemike" (1987/II) but it would be better and smarter if editors could delete the existing title incorrectly compiled, since it would become useless once published the program with the new title and the correct data. So, can editors delete the current title?

Meanwhile I wait before submitting the new title.

You should not create a new Title. IMDb does not delete data when it can be avoided, and if you did add the new title it would just have to be merged into the current one. All that adding would do is to use up a t-const (the tt####### part of the URL) which in maintained to redirect people who have recorded the URL prior to the merge.

Most things can be updated by Users, but IMDb may require evidence, particularly if some item is to be deleted. The end date must be changed by Staff behind the scenes, and the easiest way to provide evidence is to Add the final Episode with its correct Release Date.

For TV Series, Cast and Crew usually cannot be directly added to the Series page. Instead, the correct procedure is to Add the various Episodes and enter the correct credits for each one. The system then 'rolls up' the credits to the Series page, displaying a credit that includes an (x episodes) attribute.

I looked for information about Telemike and it seems that these 2 (Italian) pages
https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telemike
http://pranzo.altervista.org/tv/80/telemike.htm
are the 2 biggest sources of available data in all the World Wide Web. Both pages indicate that the last episode was broadcasted on June 11th, 1992, information also confirmed here:
http://archiviostorico.corriere.it/1992/giugno/11/addio_telemike_quanti_sogni_realizzati_co_0_920611...
http://www.subiddanoesu.it/2006/11/07/ricordando-telemike-4/

The existing page on IMDb not only contains so few data that is almost as if it were empty (no Plot summary, no episodes, no Production company, no Keywords, no Technical specifications, no Filming locations, no Trivia, no External sites, only one Cast member...), but those few present data are moreover almost all wrong: wrong year of end, wrong director, wrong writer, wrong editor... In other words there is almost nothing to preserve. I can tell you that when I opened the page and I read the (very few, as specified) data I even thought it was the page of a different TV Series to which, however, the authors have given the same title of the TV Series I was looking for. But is this not absurd??
I wonder how did the editors themselves manage to approve such a contribution, which can be anything except the contribution of some author of the TV series.
But for the same reason they approved something which could not be approved by the authors of the program, I think the page should be deleted, so that I can submit my edit without having to resort to a (1987/II) since it is not possible to use (1987).
