"Telemike" TV Series has wrong data technically impossible to correct

"Telemike" TV Series http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0925196/ not only contains so few data that is almost as if it were empty (no Plot summary, no episodes, no Production company, no Keywords, no Technical specifications, no Filming locations, no Trivia, no External sites, only one Cast member...), but those few present data are moreover almost all wrong: wrong year of end, wrong director, wrong writer, wrong editor...
I looked for information about Telemike and it seems that these 2 (Italian) pages
https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telemike
http://pranzo.altervista.org/tv/80/telemike.htm
are the 2 biggest sources of available data in all the World Wide Web. Both pages indicate that the last episode was broadcasted on June 11th, 1992, information also confirmed here:
http://archiviostorico.corriere.it/1992/giugno/11/addio_telemike_quanti_sogni_realizzati_co_0_920611...
http://www.subiddanoesu.it/2006/11/07/ricordando-telemike-4/
but the year of end indicated on the IMDb page is 1988 and is technically impossible to correct it. Considering together all these aspects it is possible to say that there is almost nothing to preserve of this page. I'm Italian and more than 20 years ago I watched this Italian program, and I can tell that when I opened the page and I read the (very few, as specified) data I even thought it was the page of a different TV Series to which, however, the authors have given the same title of the TV Series I was looking for. But is this not absurd??
I wonder how did the editors themselves decide to approve such a contribution, which can be anything except the contribution of some author of the TV Series.
But for the same reason they approved something which could not be approved by the authors of the program, I think the page should be deleted, so that I can submit the same program (that I have already compiled from scratch and saved) with the title "Telemike" (1987) instead of being forced to use "Telemike" (1987/II) since it is not possible to use (1987).

I have already made this request but the person who gave me an answer not answered my next reply (perhaps thinking he had already solved all, telling me to merge my new compilation into the current title) and I do not know how to contact this person. Unfortunately about the merger I can tell that when I tried to do it I have encountered obstacles that are not solvable, again because of the wrong data that are technically impossible to correct, beginning from the wrong year (1988) of the end of transmission.

Lorenz: First of all, regarding the ending date of 1988, you can get that changed by submitting at least one episode with an original air date in 1992. If you do that, you will get a warning that says:
The date of this episode is out of range.
"Telemike" (1987) ran 1987-1988 so the year 1992 does not appear to be valid.
However, you can check the box for "Warning understood, go ahead anyway" and click "Re-check these updates" to get past that warning.

The ending date of 1988 will not be changed immediately if a 1992 episode is accepted, but eventually it will be changed. I don't know how long it will take for the correction of the ending date, but don't let that stop you from making other corrections for this series.

Next, if you can submit the correct director, writer, and/or editor for at least one episode, those names will take precedence over the incorrect currently listed director, writer, and editor.

If you have other questions, please continue to ask them in this same discussion thread.

Good luck!

Thank you very much for this answer: I'll try to add both the first and the last episodes. I do not know when I'll do it, but surely I'll try.

I have completed and submitted yesterday, June 16th, the final episode and now I see that not only it has been already published entirely but were already correct some of that data on the main page that were impossible to correct by editing directly the main page itself. So now I'll delete the few remaining wrong data, I'll add more data and I'll compile also the first episode.
I do not know how to thank you for providing me with a solution that I did not know.

Thank you very much!!

You're welcome. It's useful to know now that they do update the series ending date quickly if they get a later episode.

If you have problems again, please post a new thread here.
