A "+ Watched" button like the "+ Add to Watchlist" could better allow a user to more quickly and efficiently list a show they've watch but haven't yet rated or reviewed yet.
It could be as simple as that, or modeled like Goodreads.com which allows for a user to mark the book as having been read and, optionally, the date(s) on which the book was read. The Goodreads.com site "Want to Read" button is already similar to IMDb's "+Add to Watchlist" button.
Adding the option to mark that a user has viewed a title could also consolidate app capabilities. Having the functionality to mark that a show has been watched (within the IMDb app or site) would be a beneficial addition to help users in a manner similar to sites:apps like Trakt.
