I've been on IMDb for 11 years, I've rated who knows how many movies and shows and written at least 2 dozen or more reviews on movies that I either truly loved or loathed. Now my profile tells me that I have 0 reviews, 0 ratings, nothing in my watch list... like how does that happen????

I have tried logging out and logging back in... My profile has my 11 year badge on it, but none of my reviews or ratings.

Hi James,

I reviewed the account in our backend systems, but was unable to locate any ratings under that account.

It sounds like it may have been under a separate account. This can happen if you created one account under one email and the other you used a third party provider to login to IMDb.

You mentioned that you posted reviews on IMDb. Do you have the URL to one of your reviews?
