I am looking for a 2010's era horror/horror comedy movie where there is a scientist with OCD who is injected with a serum that turns him into a bat-monster, I recall that it stars Malcolm McDowell and Tobin Bell. What is this movie's name?

If Tobin Bell was starring in it, it'd be in his acting credits. I looked through everything since the year 2000 and don't see anything that fits. I also googled "horror-comedy OCD bat" and "horror-comedy scientist bat", and nadda..

Adding to what groovyvic said you might have confused Tobin Bell with someone.

Description-wise movie sounds similar to Jack Brooks: Monster Slayer (2007). Neither McDowell nor Bell starred in it, but it has a memorable appearance from genre veteran Robert Englund.

Possibility from McDowell's enormous filmography is Sanitarium (2013) (which also stars Englund and John Glover).
