Hi, I noticed I rated all movies from the 2011 Oscar Highlight Badge, but I never got my badge. How do I get it?

Try unrating one, then re-rating it.  Sometimes that helps nudge it along.

I agree with bluesmanSF, had same problem.  quick fix, unrate next rate it again and the badge will show up in 10 seconds....
