500 errors

Col Needham has stated elsewhere that this is a bug they're addressing. It just started recently (at least a week after the big Dec 6 Update), so hopefully they'll know where to look.

I don't get the error 500 when I access my ratings using an Incognito tab/window in Chrome.

Also, I only get the error 500 when I try to access page 2 of my Ratings (in a non-incognito tab). I can get to the first page (and therefore the Export) when I use either the Your Ratings link on the account dropdown (on every(?) IMDb page, upper right corner), or if I click on my username there, or Your Activity, and then the See All Ratings link on that page.

Do you have some other way to get to the ratings page? Are you using a bookmark previously saved, or are you using Reference View for titles?
