"New Style" Page

Apparently I have the "old style" page because I don't have the pulldown on the watchlist button. OK. How do I switch to the "new style?"

In the top right corner of the site you should find a link with your profile name on it, next to a link to "Help", just above a link to "Your Watchlist". Click the little triangle next to your profile name and choose "Your Account". From there look for the section "Preferences" and the link "Update general site preferences" under it.

On that page, remove the checker from the check box titled "Show reference view (old title/name layout" and then hit Update.

In addition to what cartman_1337 wrote, if you have "Title pages: Always display full cast and crew credits" checked, you will see the combined view, which looks a lot like the reference view.
