"Title display country" still does not work!

I have the following settings chosen in my account:
Title display country -> UK
Title display language -> English

And all titles are displayed in Polish.
Will someone finally fix this bug?

The "bug" may be that the location of the user and/or the internet service provider (ISP) may override the account settings.

Out of curiosity, in what country do you live and what is the location of your ISP?
