I have the following settings chosen in my account:
Title display country -> UK
Title display language -> English
And all titles are displayed in Polish.
Will someone finally fix this bug?

Indeed, I live in Poland but I'd like to see all titles in English.
Seems the location data actually override account settings.
A friend of mine who lives in UK has totally different titles than I have although I changed my account settings as described above.

I believe the Language options only take effect in the case of a country with more than one official language, such as Canada or Switzerland.
To get the titles in English, you will have to select an English-speaking country, such as the USA.
On the other hand, you could select Original as the 'country', which will show the Title in whatever language it was first shown in. Since IMDb began (and is still based) in Great Britain, probably more English-language titles are submitted than any other. This is not a perfect match for what you asked for, but you may find it even more useful than trying a specific country.
P.S. Or you could pay for IMDb Pro which currently defaults to USA titles, and is not over-ridden by your profile choices. ;-)

This doesn't make sense ... why bother to have a Site Preferences page
at all if it's just going to be overridden by your location? I live in the US
and set my Title Preference to USA, English. However, I travel a lot
for my job and so the country and language is constantly changing,
forcing me to go back every single time to the Site Preferences page and
change it yet AGAIN. I don't understand what the point is of taking the
time to indicate preferences when they will just be blatantly ignored.
Why not simply have by default your location with the option for the original titles? Additionally, there IS a bug somewhere because every time I am in France
with a French ip address, and I select US and English, it shows some of the titles in Swedish even
though the films are not from Sweden.

The problem is that for UK or US films, people specify something like
"(original title) The Great Gatsby"
But don't specify UK or USA
That's why I'll have the french title displayed even though I put "USA" as my Title Display Country
So instead of having
Title display country non existent ==> Display title of user's country
Change your code to
Title display country non existent ==> Display Original Title

I agree with Tom Yan since we have the same french title problem.
I like original titles, but No one knowns every language in the world and Non-latins are even transliterated to become untranslatable.

I like to have the "common" commercial title, as used in the Internet for downloading or streaming. So please do something ! until now I found IMDb quite perfect but no longer the case.
