A cast member in a film I produced isn't getting added to the page (have tried 3 times)

I am a producer of the film, "Gratuitous Violence". All other cast members that I have added are listed properly, but one cast member (the one with the biggest credits) isn't getting added to my film's page. I assume IMDB thinks I'm trying to boost my project with a fake credit, but he IS actually in it.
