Also, “He’s Your Dog, Charlie Brown” (1968), which also has a 30-minute run time, is listed as a “TV Short”. For consistency, IMDb should determine what length a film, special, video, etc. is considered a short. IMDB should also merge either the TV Short and TV Special categories or merge the TV Movie and TV Special categories. Regardless, these 3 categories should become 2 categories with only one criterion determining whether the tv film is considered one or the other. That criterion should be the length of the tv film including credits.
