A movie where a black man wakes up different places maybe different times too trying to figure out what's happening.

This movie in not classic. Movie starts with a black man wakes up somewhere & doesn't know whats happening. I don't remember clearly something happens again and again here the possibilities body switching or waking up in someone else body different times different places. Sometimes he wakes up with a white hooker & that hooker helps him in the end defeating the mastermind guy.
