Is posting private videos of my family. He keeps posting them everywhere for everyone to see. These videos contain my daughter in it and I don't want it posted publicly where any potential predator/child molestor could see them. The moderators aren't doing anything. This is a criminal act and this person could be banned. Could someone ban him for me since they won't do it?

They are on my private Chanel on YouTube. He got the link from so,done else and now is sharing the publicly.,they are not meant to be shown in a public manner. That is not why I put them up there. He's now claiming he's going to use sock puppet accounts: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0097647/b...

If those videos were taken by you you almost certainly own the copyright. If IMDb is being too slow, you might as a last resort consider notifying them that this is a copyright violation.

he didn't find a link and even if he had , if you had it on private he would never had seen it . You could have just put your videos into a computer file on your own computer for your own enjoyment . Why would you even think the general public would be interested in seeing your boring field trips for you have posted them on You Tube for the whole world to see ? Do you mean he simply Googled your user name and found the link that way ? obviously yes . Use different names on different site . . I mean if you are even smart enough to remember another name and password . Maybe that's why you use the same name for everything , you just aren't bright enough to keep track of different names .

It looks like a standard, everyday flame war. Staff would likely take action against both of you.
Please report the user once and then place him on ignore. Throwing gasoline on the fire is just as bad as being a troll in the first place. You're giving him exactly what he's trying to get out of you.
Further, unless you want everyone in the world to see a picture or video, don't put it on the internet in the first place.

This is an unlisted one. I have it there for the benefits of her family. This person is writing sexual thing about my wife, it gets deleted and he simply posts it again. Why should I bother even reporting it if he's just going it report it again? Why would I put him on ignore when he can put it as much as he wants without my even knowing. Secondly he is listing our actual names that he found by tracking us down on the internet. Any time I report he just reposts? How am I supposed to stop my privacy being violated?

He experiences increased levels of discipline from the system. You should not continually report but do it once, then use ignore.
Taking the action of ignoring will mean he'll get bored if there is no response to his trolling and he'll move on. If you argue with him, you're making the problem worse for all of us as he'll know he's upsetting you. Why do you care what he posts once he's on ignore? As far as you're concerned, at that point, he doesn't exist.

Sliat: I think you're missing my point. Your videos are apparently not set to private on YouTube, because if they were, unauthorized people would not be able to view them even if they had the links to them. I think you should check with YouTube and get your videos set to private -- I don't even think they are "unlisted" now, much less "private". As far as I can tell, your videos are set to "public" now, because anyone can search for them by title, find them, and view them.
If your videos are set to private, then the "private" function on YouTube is not working, in which case you should contact YouTube.
I don't know why the other person is posting links to your YouTube videos, but if you don't want him to do so, you should mitigate the damage by (a) setting your videos to private, and if you can't get them set to private, (b) removing them from YouTube.

The person is posting this because he wants to try and "threaten" me into leaving.
The main point is that imdb leaves a message threatening if they keep posting things that are deleted, they may be blocked. Well this poster has really proven that warning isn't real. He floods the board with these. The point is it's trolling. If you have a look at the board it's now full of his comments now. Several people there are complaining about him. The only one complaining about me is him.

How did he stalk you offline ? you've seen him near your house ? you need some kind of proof for such an outrageous accusation . where's the proof ? You would have to have seen him someplace you go , and if you had seen him , I'm sure you guys would have attacked each other and been arrested by now . The thing is on "ignore" (I use that term very loosely, this person can STILL see and reply to my posts. I would be more than happy to if he could no longer see or reply to my posts. Why doesn't imdb have this option. It makes the ignore basically useless

For your own sake, just stop reacting poorly to what he posts as it only makes him do it more. If he's on ignore, you'll have no reaction to anything he posts because you won't read it.

Your regular You Tube channel is NOT private and you are a fool fro thinking that a You Tube channel is private and only for your use . If you had in private , he wouldn't have seen your videos .
