User accounts do not list credits in any way. A user account lets you log in and use the features of the site or submit data to add or correct credits. If you have an IMDb Name Page, there is no way to be locked out of it. Anyone can view it or make submissions to add or correct listings.

If you mean you have a user account that you've used to "claim" your page which would let you submit a resume or photos, and you cannot log into it, at the log in screen, choose "forgot password" then choose the option to "recover account."
