Hi, Elizabeth: I don't know what evidence you have but the following seems to indicate he is dead UNLESS someone of the exact same name and birthdate is the subject in question. Let's table this for now. Tomorrow I will check out ancestry.com on the library (closed today for President's Day), and I'll see if I can come up with anything else. Yours.
