Actor wishes to have his credits removed

Hello, I recently had an actor that has appeared in a few of my company's productions that does not wish to have a credit for his acting on our productions on IMDB.  I need assistance on removing these credits at his request.

The actor's name is Will Conant, and these are the following productions he wishes to have his credit removed from.
