I have recently added our feature film to IMDB and the submission is now live and active on the site - however, I've tried adding one of the supporting actors (twice now) to the project and it has now been 3 weeks and the actor is not being added. Even though all other actors that I submitted got added within a few days.
Please advise.

If you post the submission ID numbers, staff might be able to check status for you. If you've submitted twice, within 3 weeks, you might have slowed the process. It can take 2 days to 2 weeks to get data up on the pages. If you re-submit before it's been processed, it slows the procedure down as the submissions have to be compared against each other.
Submitting proof via the data verification form can sometimes help submissions get through http://www.imdb.com/helpdesk/data_ver.... Proof of credit on screen is always the best.

Thank you for the advice!
I'm pretty sure I waited a good 2 weeks before the second submission. It's just strange that all other actors were added within a few days but this one yet to be added.
Here's the submission ID : 130826-005540-835000

Hi Ali -
I looked at your submission and didn't see any errors that would have prevented it from processing, so it's likely that our data editors were unable to independently verify the cast credit.
I would recommend following the suggestion Emperor provided, and submit evidence through the data verification form.
