Thanks for reporting, in general when you observe ineligible credits on the site it's best to request a removal of the credits through our online Update form so our editors can then review them.
However, in this instance, as there are hundreds of credits involved, I have filed a ticket for our editorial team to take a look.

Please include the information regarding the explosion of anime in America and the huge fanbase that turns to IMDB to see who the US VA is for these shows. The expansion of this industry has led to hundreds of anime conventions around the country, UK, Canada and more, wherein they book these actors to meet their fans. @D.C. Douglas English voice actors can be listed in animated titles and videogames as (voice:English version), according to IMDb Guidelines. In fact, besides the original voice actors from the original non-English speaking country, the only ones that can be listed on IMDb are the English voice actors who were credited on-screen in the English version.
However, English dub of "live action" films are not allowed to be listed.
