We have the "watched list" very easy to access and easy to add movie on it.
But when I go thought IMDB, I find also new movies that I want to flag.
For the moment, the ergonomic solution is to add the movie to the "watched list" but this list should gather movies seen. Thus I request the introduction of a new button, very similar to "+" of the watched list but for a waiting list (maybe a "!" Symbolizing "I want to watch it!"). This waiting list will gather movies that interests me and that I will see soon. Then when I saw it, an easy option allows me to move the specific movie to the watched list.

Actually, the Watchlist (not 'watched list') was set up primarily for people to list films that they wish to watch, although people use it for many other things.  IMDb hopes you will Rate films when you see them, and therefore considers your Ratings list as a Watched list.

You can, however, set up other lists to use as you wish. To add to a list other than Watchlist, click on the down arrow at the right side of the Watchlist button and click on the list you want to add to .

I have created a list called movies were i put all movies I have seen. However, It would be cool if you could in some way visualize that you have seen a movie twice or more. One idea could be to have a "Plus button" which puts a higher number on the movie poster every time you click it. If you have seen a movie 3 times you just hit the button 3 times and the number 3 appears with that movie.

That might be handy for some, but I doubt that a lot of people would use it. And it is really only useful on a list of watched movies, which is a minority of lists.

If it is of importance to you to record this, you can always use the Description field. Unfortunately, this field is only displayed in the Detail version (middle one of the 3 View buttons).
