Unable to get credit added with tickets for a specific crew member on my film. Each ticket sos rejected at one crew members category. Please help

Hi Ted,

I have had a look at you submission history and cannot see any saved or submitted submissions to any titles.

Have you tried to submit it on a different account? If so, are you able to provide the 18 digit reference code? We can then look into this and see why your submission has not gone through.

Thanks for posting the submission reference numbers, I was able to see that the updates were not accepted because our editors were unable to verify the information and need further evidence.

If you have online evidence to help verify the 'Tiger Lily' credits can you post them here so our staff can take another look?

The only evidence we have is the private video we have incorporating their music and the credit we have. Do I need to screen cap it?
